Idle Screen Timeout

Heimvision PTZ Protect D1 when viewing live the screen keeps timing out? I found setting with 15, 30 and 45 minutes but not how to turn idle screen off? I have connected to 2 dedicated security monitors and defeats the purpose if every time you glance at it with a blank screen. Please tell me there is a way to turn off because so far I love this camera!
